Join us for the 2017 Eat. Drink. Think. Good Food Talks and Dinner at the Crested Butte Wine & Food Festiva Friday, July 28th and Saturday, July 29th.

Did you know that more than 90% of the fish and seafood Americans eat – mostly tilapia, salmon, and shrimp – is imported? And did you know that 80% of antibiotics sold in the US are for meat and dairy production? Surf & Turf 1.0 is not sustainable.

This year’s NEW Eat. Drink. Think. Good Food Talks – Surf & Turf 2.0 is an opportunity to explore current issues surrounding fish/seafood (surf) and meat (turf), connect with leading change makers in the culinary world, and learn how every eater can help make Surf & Turf 2.0 a reality, ultimately changing the food system for good. Eat. Drink. Think. Good Food Talks on Friday, July 28th and Saturday, July 29th will be followed by a panel discussion and Q & A.

Good Food Dinner – Surf & Turf 2.0

In addition, this year’s NEW Eat. Drink. Think. Good Food program also includes a Surf & Turf 2.0 dinner featuring a multi-course fish and seafood (surf), meat (turf), and vegetable tasting menu prepared by top chefs, including Jennifer Jasinksi (Rioja, Bistro Vendôme, Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Stoic & Genuine, and Ultreia, Denver), Kate Ladoulis (Djangos, Crested Butte), Alex Seidel (Fruition, Mercantile + Provisions, Denver), and Kelly Whitaker (Basta, Boulder). This Surf & Turf 2.0 dinner, hosted at a private residence in Crested Butte, is an intimate opportunity to experience the taste of Surf & Turf 2.0, while enjoying wonderful wines from Moshin Vineyard and Duckhorn Vineyard, and connecting with leading change makers in the culinary world.
