Typical attendance 40-65 participants, but we had 75 in 2016 and over 120 in 2015. Attendee demographics: 60% beef cattle producers, 10% dairymen, 5-8% horse owners, ~5% goat or sheep producers, and the remaining are Extension Agents and other service providers. We’re presenting three options for sponsorship:

• Meal sponsor ($500). This sponsorship is for anyone wishing to sponsor one of the two lunches that will be provided to the participants. Meal sponsors will be recognized immediately prior to the sponsored meal and given a chance to briefly (5-10 min.) speak about their products to the group, as well as being provided all the benefits mentioned above.
• Break sponsor ($300). This sponsorship is for anyone wishing to sponsor one of the four breaks for refreshments that will be provided to the participants. Break sponsors will be recognized immediately prior to the sponsored break, as well as being provided all the benefits mentioned above.
• Exhibitor ($200). This sponsorship is for anyone wishing to display products or literature inside the conference area and/or equipment outdoors. (Those wishing to have an outdoor display should call to discuss options).

We also have the opportunity to demonstrate equipment or possibly products on site.
