Calling all Producers, Foodies, Locavores, Ag Enthusiasts, and Sustainability Lovers!
The Grassfed Sustainability Group will be holding a launch party out on Montesino Ranch, an organic and holisitc ranch in Wimberley, TX. The program focus will be on restoring soils and environmental health by use of ruminant herds for production of Grassfed meats. We will cover topics of interest for livestock owners, land managers and health-conscious consumers.
If you are interested in grassfed animals and products, sustainable agriculture, and land regeneration, come join us for a day of eduational talks and demos, a certified, grassfed buger grill out with cooking tips from Chef Carrie Balkcom of the American Grassfed Association, and beautiful Texas Hill Country farm views!
