Our cattle graze on 100% native high pasture grass at 8,000 feet. They drink live water from mountain streams. Our cattle are never administered growth hormones or antibiotics, nor do they spend time in feedlots. When customers purchase Brandon Natural Beef, they can be confident in the source of the beef and how it was processed. Our rancher/partner, Elin Ganschow of Music Meadows Ranch in Westcliffe Colorado personally selects each animal for our grass-fed program. Farm Info: Our 200 acre family farm operates 14 miles south of Athens. We raise antibiotic- and hormone-free, grass fed & finished, Black Angus cross beef. We cross Santa Gertrudis cows with a Hereford bull; their daughters ( healthy, gentle, good mothers) are bred to a Black Angus bull . Their calves are sold to you! Our Black Angus bull was DNA tested for tenderness, ribeye size and 10 other genetic traits. The live wt. cost is $2.00/lb. delivered for processing & aging at your cost to your specs., vacuum packed and frozen. We also have vacuum packed frozen individual state inspected retail cuts. The meat fits in a 14 cuft. chest freezer. A live wt. beef average yield is 50% edible product, consisting of 31% steaks, 31% roasts, 36% ground beef and 2% misc. Live wts. average 800-1000 lbs. and friends can divide a whole carcass . To insure product quality, only calves born, raised and finished on our farm are sold.

Farm Info: White Clover Farm is a 300 acre family owned and operated farm located in Hillsboro, Ohio. We produce 100% grassfed beef raised on our farm from birth to market. We use no antibiotics, hormones, or pesticides. Our black angus cattle are on pasture year around. We practice rotational grazing with cattle moved to fresh pasture every 3-5 days.
